Product packaging
1,Standard protective packaging for biomass boilers
The main body is constructed from high-strength corrugated cardboard. Small boilers use three-ply B-flute corrugated cardboard, while large industrial boilers use five-ply AB-flute corrugated cardboard to provide pressure resistance and cushioning. The interior is filled with environmentally friendly EPE pearl cotton, customized to the component shape, for impact resistance and recyclability. Large boilers are reinforced with galvanized steel strips for increased compression resistance.
Small boilers are packaged as a whole with multiple layers of internal cushioning; large boilers are packaged in modular packages, each with its own protective shield and an included inventory. The packaging is prominently labeled with product information and handling instructions. Moisture-proof treatment is also provided, including silica gel desiccant and moisture-proof paper. Key areas are secured with supports to ensure safe transportation.
