Production description
Color coated steel coil (also known as color steel coil, color coated steel coil) is a composite material made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, hot-dip galvanized steel or aluminum-zinc coated steel as the substrate. It is surface pretreated (degreasing, cleaning, chemical conversion treatment), and then coated with one or more layers of high-performance organic coatings (polyester, silicon-modified polyester, high weather-resistant polyester, PVDF fluorocarbon, etc.) through a continuous roller coating process, and finally baked and cured.

Product packaging
The packaging materials are made of high-quality anti-rust paper, wrapping film, hardboard and high-strength steel strips. All materials have been strictly screened and have good moisture-proof, rust-proof and scratch-proof properties.
