In the efficient operation system of the fluidized bed boiler, the hood is a core hub component, and its diversified functions play a decisive role in the stable combustion and performance optimization of the boiler.

Precise air distribution and efficient fluidization


As the "breathing regulator" of the boiler, the hood undertakes the key task of evenly distributing air. When high-pressure air is blown into the combustion chamber in an orderly manner through the hood, the coal particles, ash and other materials in the bed will be gently lifted up to form a fluidized state similar to boiling. This dynamic combustion environment greatly increases the contact area between fuel and oxygen, allowing fuels such as pulverized coal to be fully burned, pushing the combustion efficiency to a new height.

Flexible flow and pressure control


The ingeniously designed nozzle structure inside the hood gives it a powerful airflow adjustment capability. The operator can accurately control the gas flow rate and flow rate at the hood outlet by adjusting the nozzle opening and position. Solid support and anti-coking protection

Through uniform air distribution, the hood effectively eliminates the fluidization dead zone, avoids the deposition of large particles, and prevents local excessive temperature from causing coking, building a solid defense line for the long-term stable operation of the boiler and significantly extending the service life of the equipment.

Scientific resistance construction and airflow optimization

The special structural design of the hood enables it to produce just the right resistance, which is like a "control code" customized for airflow distribution. Through reasonable resistance setting, the airflow distribution in the boiler is more balanced and stable, and the combustion process can be carried out continuously and efficiently, providing strong support for the energy saving and consumption reduction of the boiler.

Enhanced mixing and combustion acceleration

When the gas flows through the hood, it will produce a strong vortex and turbulence effect, which is like injecting an "accelerator" into the mixing of gas and material. In this efficient mixing environment, the combustion reaction rate is greatly improved, the chemical energy in the fuel can be more fully released, and the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler is further improved.

Multi-fuel adaptability

The fluidized bed boiler hood is highly flexible and adjustable, and can easily adapt to various fuel types such as coal and biomass. By adjusting the hood parameters and configuration in a targeted manner, the combustion characteristics of different fuels can be accurately matched.
