Product packaging
Moisture-proof and anti-corrosion packaging: Galvanized coils are susceptible to moisture, which can cause white rust on the surface. To prevent this, we first wrap each coil with a layer of moisture-proof plastic film and seal it tightly to isolate air and moisture. For long-distance transportation or storage in high-humidity areas, we place desiccant inside the package to absorb residual moisture. In addition, before packaging, the surface of the coil is usually coated with a thin layer of anti-rust oil to further enhance the anti-corrosion performance.
Mechanical protection packaging: To prevent deformation and damage during transportation, galvanized coils are fixed with strong steel straps, which are evenly distributed around the coil to ensure stability. For coils with larger diameters or heavier weights, we use steel pallets or wooden boxes for support, which is not only convenient for loading and unloading, but also prevents the coils from rolling during transportation. The edges of the coils are protected with rubber or plastic edge guards to avoid collision damage.
