Development History

1995: Shandong was established, mainly engaged in boiler grates and accessories, and quickly became a leading supplier in North China.

2005: The factory was expanded to 1,500 square meters for the first time, and a semi-automatic production line was introduced, with an annual production capacity of 2,000 sets.

2010: Annual sales exceeded 50 million yuan, an intelligent workshop was built and CNC technology was applied, with industry-leading precision.

2012: The second phase of the Shandong factory was put into production, and a new heat treatment line was added to achieve full-process independent production.

2016: Obtained ISO 9001 and CE certification, entered the Southeast Asian market, and overseas sales accounted for 15% in the first year.

2020: Established a thermal equipment R&D center, launched low-emission grates, and increased thermal efficiency by 12%.

2022: Entered the Middle East market, served energy projects such as Saudi Arabia, and expanded production capacity to more than 10,000 sets/year.

2023: Annual sales of 250 million yuan, the intelligent control system won the Shandong Industrial Design Gold Award, and accelerated the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.
