Product packaging
According to the specifications, quantity and transportation requirements of corrugated boards, we provide a variety of packaging solutions:
Bundle packaging: For conventional corrugated boards (such as 1220mm×2440mm standard size), bundle packaging is adopted. After bundling, the whole is put into a waterproof packaging bag, and the bottom is padded with a pallet to prevent moisture.
Customized wooden box packaging: For special function corrugated boards (such as coated corrugated boards, flame retardant corrugated boards) or export orders, solid wooden box packaging is adopted. Moisture-proof paper is laid inside the wooden box, the corrugated boards are separated by partitions, the gaps in the box are filled with pearl cotton for cushioning, the outer periphery of the box is reinforced with steel belts, and waterproof sealing strips are installed on the door to ensure complete moisture and pressure resistance during transportation.

Transport service
Export transportation: Choose sea or air transportation according to the destination. Sea transportation uses 40-foot high cabinet containers. The containers are tested for leaks and cleaned and disinfected before loading; air cargo uses lightweight packaging to reduce logistics costs.
Loading and fixing specifications: When loading pallet cargo, ensure that the center line of the pallet is aligned with the vehicle's load-bearing center line, with a left and right deviation of no more than 5cm; leave a 10-15cm gap between adjacent pallets for ventilation and heat dissipation. The entire batch of cargo is fixed to the side wall of the carriage with high-strength ropes or fastening belts, with the spacing between fastening points ≤1 meter to ensure that the cargo does not tip over during sudden braking or turning; top cargo needs to be equipped with limit baffles to prevent slipping during bumps.
