1、 Selection of Packaging Materials
Packaging parts, recommended materials, and functions
Inner packaging: rust proof oil paper/VCI vapor phase rust proof film, anti oxidation, anti fingerprint pollution
Middle layer: pearl cotton/EVA foam (5mm thick), cushioning and shock-absorbing
Outer packaging: Steel wood composite box/moisture-proof corrugated cardboard box, pressure resistant and moisture-proof
Corner protection: Plastic corner protection (PP material) to prevent the box from being bumped
2、 Classification Packaging Standards
1. Small sealing iron (< 5kg)
Single piece packaging:
-Vacuum aluminum film sealing → Foam positioning → Cardboard separation
