The reciprocating grate is the core combustion equipment of small and medium-sized industrial boilers. Product packaging
1. Packaging Design
Modular split packaging
The core components such as grate plates, transmission mechanisms, and cooling systems are packaged in independent rust proof and sealed packaging, supporting flexible combination according to orders. Double layer galvanized steel box+shockproof foam lining is used for single grate plate to reduce the risk of transportation collision.
Rust prevention and sealing treatment
The surface of the grate plate is pre coated with anti rust oil (salt spray resistance ≥ 500 hours), and key transmission components are sealed with vacuum plastic to prevent moisture.
Install a silicone sealing cover at the interface of the water-cooled circulation pipeline to prevent foreign objects from entering.
Heavy equipment reinforcement plan
The overall framework adopts a steel wood composite box (with a load-bearing capacity of ≥ 5 tons), and the bottom is welded with channel steel pallets suitable for forklift loading and unloading.
2. Transportation management
Transportation mode
Domestic orders: Mainly for land transportation (9.6-meter/13.5-meter flatbed trucks), with a maximum single load capacity of 20 tons, compatible with standard pallet sizes (1200mm × 1000mm).
Timeframe and Cost
Regular orders: Domestic delivery (including packaging quality inspection and loading) shall be completed within 15 days after leaving the factory.
Risk control
Real time monitoring of temperature and humidity during transportation (requires environmental humidity ≤ 70%, temperature -20 ℃~50 ℃).
Provide unpacking and quality inspection services upon arrival. If deformation/corrosion is found, spare parts replacement can be applied for within 48 hours.
