An economizer is an efficient heat exchange device installed at the lower part of the boiler tail flue, specifically designed to recover exhaust heat. Its working principle is based on heat conduction and convective heat exchange. By introducing boiler feedwater into the economizer, it exchanges heat with the high-temperature flue gas discharged from the tail of the boiler. During this process, the feedwater absorbs the waste heat from the flue gas, resulting in a significant increase in temperature before entering the boiler drum. This heat recovery mechanism not only effectively reduces the exhaust temperature and minimizes unnecessary waste of heat, but also greatly improves the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler, saving considerable fuel costs for the enterprise.

Product Packaging
1. Packaging detail design
Rust prevention treatment: Cast iron furnace grates should be sprayed with rust prevention oil (such as hard film rust prevention oil) or placed with VCI rust prevention paper (for long-term storage or sea transportation) before packaging.
Clear identification: The outer packaging is labeled with the product model, size, quantity, net/gross weight, fragile identification (△), and manufacturer information (such as contact information, logo).
Combination packaging: Multi petal furnace grates (such as 3 petals/4 petals) are packaged in sets, with each petal individually protected and packed in the same packaging box, accompanied by installation instructions.
2. Transportation precautions
Weight and volume: Priority will be given to express delivery for light and small items (such as a Φ 8cm furnace grate weighing 0.5kg), while for large items (such as a Φ 39cm thick version weighing 15kg), dedicated logistics or whole vehicles will be selected.
Volume calculation formula: Circle is calculated by diameter ² x height x 0.7854, square is calculated by length x width x height, and logistics billing is based on the larger of the volume weight and actual weight.
Moisture and rust prevention: Avoid outdoor storage during transportation, and cover with waterproof cloth on rainy days; Cast iron parts are prone to rust when exposed to moisture, and logistics providers can be requested to provide enclosed carriages.
