1. The main reason for the burning of boiler grates

At the same time, establish a complete operation record system to monitor key parameters such as grate temperature and ash thickness in real time to provide data support for timely detection of problems.

Strengthen ash cleaning and keep the grate clean

Develop a regular cleaning plan to ensure that the grate is in a clean state before startup, during operation and after shutdown. During operation, the surface ash can be cleaned in time by observing the ventilation of the grate; after shutdown, the residual ash and coke must be thoroughly removed to prevent the grate structure from being damaged by thermal expansion and contraction during the cooling process.
