Inner layer: High density foam mold is custom grooved to tightly fix each splint to prevent friction and collision.

Middle layer: wrapped in rust proof oil paper (for cast iron/ductile iron materials) to prevent oxidation and corrosion during transportation.

Outer layer: thickened corrugated cardboard box+wooden frame bundling (suitable for single or small batch), with a load-bearing capacity of up to 50kg.
